Johnson Electric Company is seeking a friendly, organized, and self-motivated professional to add to their office team. Training and potential growth opportunities provided for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be reliable and punctual while having strong time management skills. They will be a team player and able to work closely with others towards a common goal while simultaneously able to work independently and stay on task. They will be motivated to learn new skills and grow while picking up new ideas quickly. They should be able to communicate effectively and maintain focus in a fast-paced work environment.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Customer Service (Email, Phone, In-Person)
Data Entry
Processing Payroll
Office Maintenance and Cleanliness
Assisting the project management team with client communication.
Bookkeeping
Invoicing and Receiving Payments
Maintaining accurate and thorough notes on processes and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Skills Required:
Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing the English Language
Excellent computer skills
Customer service experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Active driver's license
Bonus Skills:
Previous front office administration experience (in any field)
Construction, Construction Management, or Project Management experience
Advanced computer skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Experience with project management software (ProCore, ContractorForeman, etc.)
